hospromatch.com is in no way involved in the actual selection or negotiations of employers and therefore cannot be held liable for a candidate or a dispute between the parties. The parties agree that hospromatch.com cannot be considered as a recruiter or interim agency. 

By posting a job offer, the client/employer agrees to the terms of use as stated on the website www.hospromatch.com. 

Advertisers agree that hospromatch.com may use photos and/or illustrations used on the employer's website or social media. 

hospromatch.com reserves the right to modify, change, and/or supplement the terms at any time by displaying the modified, changed, and/or supplemented clauses on the site. Advertisers are aware that it is impossible to accept the terms only in part. Each acceptance automatically entails the full acceptance of the terms. 

hospromatch.com reserves the right not to publish certain job offers and/or information on the site if they do not comply with the applicable ethics. The advertiser agrees to the rates indicated on the site. All orders are placed ONLINE and must be paid ONLINE upon confirmation via the appropriate secure payment system. Invoices are automatically generated and sent digitally. 

Job offers must always refer to a specific position within the company and must be clearly described. 

By posting a job offer, the employer undertakes to treat the information obtained with discretion and to use it only for personnel selection for the vacancies for which the advertisement is intended. 

Employers agree that, by posting an advertisement, a personalized company page will be created in which company data will be made public (names, phone numbers, email addresses). The employer also has the possibility to post "discreet" job offers upon express request. 

Employers are requested to fill out a form in order to provide hospromartch.com with complete and correct information. By filling in correctly and accepting the conditions, the advertisement will be published online within 4 hours, unless the employer decides to post the advertisement ONLINE themselves using our designated template. 

The employer agrees not to use the information obtained by the site for illegal purposes and to comply with privacy legislation (GDPR). 

hospromatch.com assumes no responsibility for the suitability and character of a candidate. 

hospromatch.com assumes no responsibility for the information provided by the employer. 

hospromatch.com does not guarantee that the functionality displayed in the materials/information of the site will not be interrupted or free from defects, that defects will be corrected, or that the materials/information, this site, or the server that allows access to the site will be free from errors, viruses, "worms," and/or any other damaging components. Without limiting in any way the foregoing, it is stipulated in these conditions that the maximum liability of hospromatch.com, and any possible claim by the employer for any reason whatsoever, is limited to the amount that the employer has paid, if any, to hospromatch.com for the services rendered, and this is limited to a period of twelve months preceding the cause of the action.
